This is a 15 minute phone call to learn more about what you are hoping to work on, discuss our process, answer questions, and if it's a good fit, get you scheduled.

If you have viewed the Our Therapist page and have a therapist who you think may be a good fit  you can click the link below and schedule a 15 minute consultation with the therapist you are interested in working with.

Ready to Schedule Your First Session No Phone Call Needed

If you are ready to schedule you first session and don't want to have a phone call we have an intake form you can complete. Once you complete this form you will receive an email response with our suggested therapist who is the best fit and several times that work with your schedule to have your first appointment
