Group Relationship Coaching
What is Group Relationship Coaching
Group coaching is one of the most effective ways to change your relationship patterns. You may have tried one-on-one coaching or therapy in the past and felt like you didn't receive any tangible support. It can feel immensely isolating and alone to feel like you are the only person struggling with relationships. We don't do relationships alone, so why would we approach changing our relationship patterns alone.
Gain Insight While Feeling Connected and Supported
Group relationship coaching will allow for insight into your own relationship struggles while feeling connected and supported by peers who understand. Group coaching allows you to receive support from others without feeling like a burden to your family and friends. There will also be instruction and education around attachment styles and family/relationship patterns. It's like taking a relationship class with a group of supportive like minded peers!
